Refund Policy

If you need to withdraw from a session after we have completed your registration process, here are our policies:

• you will receive a full refund of your registration fee, if you notify us two weeks or more before the start of the session
• you will receive half of your registration fee, if you notify us more than one week, but less than two weeks before the start of the session
• there will be no refund if you want to withdraw from the session within one week of the start of the session, or after the session has started.
