2023 Fall and Winter Sessions
Date Posted:
Hello friends! The summer of 2023 has come and gone and we are into the gifts of autumn
We are connecting now to let you know about some fun things we have going on this fall. We’d love to see you in person or online. Check out the list!
These sessions are focused on play and exploration:
-
Intuitive Painting at Huron Natural Area - Join us for a quiet painting session on the beautiful trails of Huron Natural Area.
-
Ordinary Magic at Huron Natural Area - An Expressive Arts Nature Retreat.
See our Events page for the details of these sessions.
Some additional sessions we are planning (but have not yet setup as an Event on our website):
-
Feeling Your Way - Intuitive Painting for Mental Wellness (online): We welcome you to come and try Intuitive Painting, a meditative and mindful activity where we “go with the flow” of watercolour paint. We rest our busy brains and tap into the wisdom of our intuition - our inner wise voice. Many previous participants have spoken to how this practice contributes to their mental well being.
Intuitive Painting practice is for everyone - those who are familiar with painting and those who are new to it. Our sessions will help you learn very basic watercolour technique and will be playful and explorative. Ages 16+
Dates - Thursday, November 2nd to Thursday, December 7th, 7-8:30pm.
Cost - $25/session or $125 for all six. If you require an art kit, we can provide one for $30 (includes two brushes, watercolour paper, mark making supplies, a black felt tip marker, and a paint pallet).
-
Intuitive Painting (online): Our regular Friday afternoon Intuitive Painting sessions are back. Join us for some quiet, meditative painting and reflection time. No painting experience is necessary - basic watercolour instruction will be provided. Ages 16+
Dates - Friday, November 3 to Friday, December 8 from 1-2:30pm.
Cost - $25/session or $125 for all six. If you require an art kit, we can provide one for $30 (includes two brushes, watercolour paper, mark making supplies, a black felt tip marker, and a paint pallet).
Any questions? Let us know.
Thanks for your interest in our work.
